Return & Refund Policy

At COSMI Cosmetics, we currently do not offer returns or refunds on any of our products. All sales are considered final once the order has been placed and confirmed. We kindly request our customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.

1. Conditions for No Return

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the products are shipped. Given that our items are personal care and cosmetic products, returns cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. Once the product has left our facility and is in transit or delivered, it is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.

2. Conditions for Refund

  • No refund will be issued after the delivery of the products. Once the product has been successfully delivered to the customer’s provided address, the transaction is considered complete and no refund requests will be entertained.
  • Refund for cancellation of the order before dispatch will be credited to the source account within 7 business days. If a customer cancels their order prior to it being dispatched from our warehouse, the full amount paid will be refunded back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Since returns are not accepted, there are no shipping costs associated with returns. Customers are not required to bear any reverse shipping charges, as our no-return policy ensures that the return shipping process does not apply to any orders.

5. Condition for Cancellation of Order

  • No cancellation will be accepted after the dispatch of the order from our warehouse. Once the order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. Customers are encouraged to reach out to us immediately if they wish to cancel, ensuring the request is made before the dispatch process is initiated.
